Terrible pun aside, I am deliriously happy about the new machine. I don’t believe I’ve been so excited over kitchen appliance since a bunch of us got together to buy Nik a blender.
Yeah, my first attempt at baking produced a truly ghetto bread. Tasted good, tho.
I will now not fear long public holidays when the 7-Elevens and gas stations all run out of their Gardenia supply. Woo!
Is the top of the bread supposed to look different from the rest of it?

because it’s not baked in an oven there is no heat over the top of the dough to err.. tan it.
