Happy Sweet Sixteen, Hubble Telescope!

This is the M82. It is 12 million light years away from us. If it helps you get a handle on how far that is: imagine that even with a Warp 9 capable ship, and I go full throttle all the way, thanks to a handy dandy chart I can tell you that it would take me more than 7900 years to get there to see this pretty thing in person.
So thank god for the Hubble.
