Last weekend in South Carolina a man fired 29 rounds off his AK-47 to protect himself from what he thought were robbers at his door.
It turns out there was a 12 year old and his father and a sibling trick or treating. The 12 year old boy died.
There is not one mention I can find about whether or not this gun is owned legally.
